Job Description / Responsibility

Leisure Bangladesh Limited is an internationally acclaimed real estate developer is currently developing Kaalmegh Forest Lodge & Country Club, a project of luxurious duplex villas with private swimming pools at Sakhipur, Gazipur.

Leisure Bangladesh Limited is seeking suitable candidates for the post of General Manager-Construction.

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan and implement business objectives and strategies.
• Oversee daily operations and implement work schedule, policies and procedures.
• Establish working relationship and communication with suppliers and other key personnel to ensure all materials, supplies, tools and equipment are utilized properly in time.
• Estimation of civil work and site supervision.
• Ensure quality of construction work as per approved drawing.
• Preparing Material requirements schedule and submit to management for timely procurement.
• Wastage control should be strictly checked and monitored.
• Check the subcontractor bills.
• Assess the quality of construction material and monitor proper use of those.
• Ensuring all materials used are as per specifications.
• Ensuring the safety of man and materials.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Skills Required: IT Skill, Communication

Experience Requirements

• At least 20 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• At least 20 years of experience in construction field.
• IT skills required.
• Physical fitness and ability to undertake and manage number of constructions.
• Frequent travel to the construction sites is mandatory.
• The incumbent should have experience in Real Estate.
• Good communications skill.
