This position is responsible to ensure all kinds of operational activities of the Business Unit & Projects to achieve the Business Goal professionally and profitably.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible to operate all projects of MBM professionally and profitably
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly Janitor’s deployment target
  • Identify and quantify cost factors, such as manpower planning for multiple projects and productivity, cleaning equipment, chemicals, materials, and janitor’s expenses
  • Planning, budgeting, review & controlling yearly business operation plan
  • Prepare profitable estimates and bids for new project plans
  • Communicate the technical and competitive advantage of MBM with various project heads during a business deal
  • Controlling & ensuing effective purchase of chemicals and equipment for projects
  • Advising and monitoring cost efficiency of the projects and materials used in the project sites
  • Ensure monthly training & development program of Janitor’s and team members
  • Maintain a sound stock for all chemicals and equipment for smooth business operation
  • The setting, monitoring & assessing KPI of team members align with the business goal
  • Develop and maintain the discipline of the office team and project team members
  • Ensure proper clothing of Janitors
  • Administer safe-keeping and maintenance of chemicals, equipment, tools and machinery in the project sites
  • Analyse competitor’s activities in the market & review business operation according to the market trend
  • Establishing & maintaining a strong rapport with all clients or projects
  • Responsible to take the necessary step to reduce turnover and absenteeism Ensure reporting regularly weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually on the operational performance of the janitors, team leaders, project coordinators, client’s feedback, observations and recommendations to the Managing Director
  • Conducts weekly /monthly facility tours and inspections to identify impending issues and ensure all chemical and equipment`s are provided and functioning properly report malfunctions and assists in scheduling repairs as required for the types of machinery maintains daily routine functions to include work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections, resolving facility-related issues, lending support as required to other business groups
  • Ensure coordination & motivation among operations, marketing, HR and other functions in the project sites
  • Monitoring and reporting any incident, probability and occurrences of abuse and bully to the Managing Director and other officials as may be necessary.
  • Design & Develop various kind of activities around the year to motivate janitorial staff members in projects
  • Design & develop appropriate performance system for team members and janitors to reward properly
  • Continuous personal development related to new job context and challenges
  • Update continuously on technology


Education:  Masters/Graduation from any reputed University


Length of experience: Minimum 5-7 years in Facility Management/ Security Service/ Service Industry


Hands-on experience person on facility management will get preference over education
